# Api Key

Before accessing the API functionalities, you'll need to generate an API key. Navigate to the [Dashboard ](https://tronpulse.gitbook.io/tronpulse/dashboard/connect-to-dashboard)and proceed to the **Developer** page. Click on '**Generate your API Key**' to create your unique access key.
